Start your summer off on the right note with a Forte Music Lesson Program! Whether you’re looking to continue your musical study over the summer or want to get a head start preparing for an audition, you can work towards reaching your musical goals this summer.
This summer, Forte is offering three programs for the Laurel Springs School community: the Forte Summer Lesson Session, the Forte Summer Voice Bootcamp, and the Forte Audition Prep Intensive. Learn more about these opportunities and register below!

Option 1: Forte Summer Lessons Session
Forte Summer Lessons Session
July 1, 2024 – August 31, 2024
Whether you’ve been working hard on your music all school year or want to jump into musical study for the first time, this program is for you! Take advantage of a more relaxed summer schedule, and take lessons with a teacher who is exactly right for you.
About the Program
Program Overview
Each package of lessons includes six one-hour lessons with premium certified teachers selected from the Aspen Music Festival and School
Participation in the program is accepted on a rolling basis.
Students are encouraged to register for successive packages.
Lessons are held on Forte – an online lesson platform with industry-leading audio.
Fully individualized learning designed to help you achieve your personal goals.
Program Participation Criteria
The program is offered for most Western orchestral instruments with a focus on classical music, as well as guitar and composition.
Students age 8-18 are welcome to participate.
Program Cost
$480 for six 45-minute lessons
Includes participation in an optional online recital in August
Option 2: Forte Summer Voice Bootcamp
Forte Summer Voice Bootcamp
July 1, 2024 – August 31, 2024
The Forte Lessons Summer Voice Bootcamp is your chance to build a solid foundation of vocal technique, enhance your existing skills, and stay in top vocal shape over the summer months. Develop your own unique sound and style, coached by top vocal pedagogues.
Summer Voice Bootcamp students will be paired with voice teachers who specialize in teaching young singing artists, with a focus on healthy, sustainable singing within any genre.
Attend online focus sessions just for Summer Voice Bootcamp students about vocal technique, audition strategies, life as a professional singer, singer-songwriter considerations, and more, taught by stand-out Forte teachers and vocal coaches, including members of the Recording Academy, professional opera singers, and musical theater stars.

Flexible schedule to work around summer vacations, jobs, etc.; Take lessons whenever it works for you and your teacher
Lessons must be completed by August 31, 2024
Program Participation Criteria
The program is offered for voice students at any level and can focus on any genre.
Students age 8-18 are welcome to participate.
Program Cost
$525 for six 45-minute lessons
Online focus sessions run by top voice teachers
Includes participation in an optional online recital in August
Option 3: Audition Prep Intensive

July 1, 2024 – August 31, 2024
The summer is a great time to prepare yourself for upcoming fall or winter auditions.
Join the Forte Audition Prep Intensive to work with a teacher who specializes in audition preparation and set yourself up for audition success!

The lesson package includes six 45-minute lessons with teachers who specialize in audition preparation.
Flexible schedule to work around summer vacations, jobs, etc.; Take lessons whenever it works for you and your teacher
Lessons must be completed by August 31, 2024
Lessons can be completed in a condensed period of time. You tell us your timeline before your audition, and we’ll help you create the lesson experience you need to be fully ready.
Program Participation Criteria

$550 for six 45-minute lessons
Includes one mock audition experience with Katie Hone Wiltgen, Forte Chief Education Officer and former Dean of Education for the Aspen Music Festival and School

Requirement for Eligibility: Students must have begun their package of lessons by October 1st, 2024, or have completed a Forte Music Lesson Summer package.
