How to find your teacher
- Complete a brief survey about your skill level, genre interest, and musical goals.
- Sign up with the email address you used to purchase your Credit Code.
- You'll receive teacher recommendations based on your answers.
- Schedule Meet and Greets with teachers you want to connect with and add your Credit Code in Checkout.
- Choose your teacher and start taking lessons.
How the credit codes work
- We will need a credit card on file, but we will always apply your Forma credit first.
- Credit balances will be stored by Forte and are non-refundable. Credit cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Forma's Forte credit codes can only be redeemed on this site.
- Credits expire three years from the date of purchase.
